My Journey
My health and wellness journey began long before my fitness journey ever did. For years, I thought I had my life planned out—until endometriosis stepped in and began shaping my days in ways I never expected.
After three years of being misdiagnosed, I finally received my diagnosis at 19. For a long time, it dictated everything: my energy, my choices, my confidence, and how I viewed my own body. But at 23, I reached a turning point. I knew this wasn’t the life I wanted to accept. So, I made a bold choice— I left grad school, packed up my things, and began traveling the world as a water ski and wakeboard instructor, eventually stepping into fitness instructing too.
You might assume that becoming a fitness instructor meant I had it all figured out… but it was the opposite. In 2015, I joined a four-week online fitness challenge that quietly changed the trajectory of my life. At the time, I was chasing the smallest version of myself. On the goal sheet they had us fill out, I wrote, “I want to look good in a sports bra.” And I meant it.
My goals back then were fueled by external expectations. I truly believed people would value me more if I took up less space—physically and emotionally.
That belief led me down years of working with coaches, taking certifications, starting a business, and learning everything I could about health and the human body. But even then, I still hadn’t understood one of the most important lessons: the difference between “fitness” and true “wellness.”
It wasn’t until I walked through a late miscarriage… and then later experienced two healthy pregnancies, two beautiful baby boys, and nearly a decade of growth, that everything finally clicked. Wellness isn’t just physical. It includes our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing—together.
Today, my journey is rooted in lifestyle, longevity, and honoring every version of myself in every season. It’s about finding my spark again and again… and helping you find yours too.

About Me
Hi, I’m Carly—Certified Personal Trainer, wellness enthusiast, mama, and your biggest cheerleader. What started in 2015 as a pursuit of shrinking myself has evolved into something so much deeper and more meaningful. After years of coaching, competing, and living in the “all-in” mindset, it wasn’t until I became a mom that I truly understood what wellness meant.
I realized that my journey couldn’t be just about fitness anymore. I realized true wellness means honoring your mental, emotional, and physical health—especially in the busy, beautiful chaos of motherhood. Now, my mission is to create impact through connection and empowerment.
